Two years after the hero defeated the Demon King, the world is struggling with postwar reconstruction before it can even enjoy peace. With countless war refugees having lost their homes, Laurentia, the “Cursed Princess,” is appointed leader of the Silver Corps, a force tasked with transforming the former Demon King’s castle into a settlement for refugees. However, the project is also intended to get rid of those deemed troublesome. Explorers, thieves, mercenaries, hunters, merchants, blacksmiths, farmers, and other misfits with various circumstances gather under her command. Combining their individual skills and knowledge, they challenge the vast Demon King’s castle, still infested with monsters, while transforming what was once a symbol of terror into a place where people can live. This is a postwar frontier fantasy about what happened “after” the battle between the hero and the Demon King.
