人口六百人の小さな島に住む少女・花奈は、島の子どもたちに向けて朗読会を行うほど朗読が好きだった。花奈の“読み”に人を惹きつける力を感じた瑞希は、自身が部長を務める放送部への入部を誘う――。朗読の技術を学ぶことはもちろん、普通の学校生活も花奈にとっては未体験なことだらけ。放送部のメンバーたちと様々な“はじめて”を経験し、少しずつだけど前に進んでいく。 Hana, who lives on the small island of Tonakijima with a population of 600, loves to read to the children of the island. Mizuki, the president of the broadcasting club at school, recognizes Hana's ability to engage with people through her reading and invites her to join the club. "Tell me what you really want, and I will make it come true. I want to join the broadcasting club."
