Hiyoko, the leader of a ladies' gang, spends her after-school days riding motorcycles and wearing a tokko-fuku with her four friends at their hangout, an auto repair shop. One day, however, their beloved hangout is about to be taken away because of unpaid debts. They need 40 million yen within a year to buy the shop back. The solution they come up with is an unexpectedly difficult one: becoming successful idols. To protect the place they call home, Hiyoko and her friends join forces to pay off the debt.
