不動産営業会社フマホームで働く鈴木は、パワハラや労働基準法違反が日常的に行われるブラック企業ぶりに耐え兼ね、退職を決意する。3ヵ月後の退職が認められるが、翌日からいじめ同然の扱いを受け身も心もボロボロになり、さらに社長の策略でミスを起こすように仕向けられ、多額の賠償金を請求されてしまう。絶望する鈴木の前に静香という女性が現れる。「壊職代行」業者を名乗る彼女は、「ブラック企業やブラック上司、代わりに『壊』します」と宣言し――？ Suzuki works at a real-estate sales company called Fuma Home, but after enduring a black company rife with workplace harassment and violations of labor laws, he decides to quit. His resignation is approved for three months later, but from the very next day, he is subjected to treatment akin to bullying, leaving him physically and mentally broken. To make matters worse, the company president schemes to make him commit mistakes and demands a huge compensation payment from him. Just as Suzuki reaches the depths of despair, a woman named Shizuka appears before him. Claiming to be an agent of a “job destruction service,” she declares, “We’ll ‘destroy’ black companies and black bosses for you.”
