滋賀県・琵琶湖のほとり。ボクシングに打ち込む高校1年生の大津茉里は、ある夜、現代に蘇った人魚姫ララと出会う。200年前、人間の王子との叶わぬ恋の末に泡となって消えたララは、今度こそ「本当の愛」を見つけるために戻ってきたという。茉里の家で居候として暮らすことになったララと茉里の、思いがけない共同生活が始まる。 On the shores of Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture, Mari Otsu, a first-year high school student devoted to boxing, meets Lara, a mermaid princess who has returned to the modern world. Two hundred years ago, Lara vanished into sea foam after her love for a human prince went unfulfilled. Now she has returned in search of “true love.” An unexpected life together begins when Mari takes Lara into her home.
