――魔王現れしとき、聖剣の封印が解かれ、聖剣に認められた勇者が魔王を討つ。魔王が復活したことにより、我こそは聖剣の勇者たらんと多くの者が、王都に集まり、冒険者ティオルもその一人。ティオルは聖剣に選ばれて勇者となるが、その代償として「聖剣の女神」イコンから借金を負わされることになった。聖剣は課金しなければ使い物にならず、返済額が増えるにつれてその能力が開放されていく。ティオルはイコンや他の仲間と借金を返済しながら、魔王討伐を目指していく。勇者に待つのは破産か、賞賛か……借金勇者の冒険（返済）が始まる！ When the Demon King appears, the seal on the holy sword breaks, and the hero chosen by the sword is destined to defeat the Demon King. With the Demon King resurrected, aspiring heroes gather in the royal capital, including the adventurer Tior. Chosen by the holy sword, Tior becomes a hero—but must shoulder a massive debt to Icon, the Goddess of the Holy Sword. The sword is practically useless without additional payments, and its abilities unlock as the debt is repaid. Alongside Icon and his companions, Tior sets out to repay his debt and defeat the Demon King. Will this hero face bankruptcy or glory? The debt-ridden hero's repayment adventure begins!
